Peter brings over 40 years’ experience working in the electricity and gas sectors industry, playing a pivotal role in business transformation during the early utility regulation and privatisation period in Victoria.
Peter has held senior positions at Alinta as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and General Manger Alinta Network Services (Jemena). At the time, the business was valued at $13bn and employed 2500 staff for which he was responsible. Prior to this, he was the General Manager TXU during a period of industry restructure and regulatory reform. He has a reputation for integrity, sound strategic vision, leadership and a demonstrable focus on outcomes .
Peter is currently the Chairman of Ecogen Holdings owned by the superfund IFM. He previously held Non-Executive Director roles for Utility Services Group and Singapore Power company SPIAA.
